Go South PadreGSP (GSP) is a unique organization created by experienced vacation property owners who felt the need for an organization that provides the same kind of service to vacation rental owners that has long been available to the owners of Bed and Breakfasts and small Inns.

GSP was also established with the discriminating vacation property renter in mind. Although there are dozens of on-line directories with thousands of listings of vacation rental properties there is no other directory whose property owners must adhere to a certain quality of service. Therefore there is a need for a directory that is designed to insure that vacation rental guests get the kind of pleasant and enjoyable vacation accommodations that they have a right to expect. We firmly believe that vacation rental properties are the best value available to the public. For those who don't require room service and daily maid service vacation rental properties can offer much more affordable and luxurious accommodations and amenities than are available to the hotel or motel guest.

However, vacation rental properties are only a true bargain when they meet a certain level of cleanliness and have all the necessary amenities that the modern vacationer has come to expect. Also, there must be someone available at or near the vacation property site to make any repairs that are necessary when appliances do not work, or other unforeseen problems occur.

GSP is not for all vacation property owners. It is only for those owners who are serious about the appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of their establishment.
